ASKED QUESTION

Common Farmer Questions

Primary shipment ports include Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) and Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP) in Cambodia, as well as transit via Laem Chabang, Thailand, or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for international container freight.

Standard payment terms are Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% advance deposit upon contract signing and 70% against Bill of Lading (B/L) copy, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from a tier-1 international bank.

Sample requests (100g - 500g) can be requested through our product inquiry form or directly via sales email. Courier costs are covered by the buyer or credited against the first commercial order. Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500 kg per product grade, with LCL options available.

Standard lead time is 14 to 21 calendar days from order confirmation and deposit receipt to FOB vessel loading, depending on volume, packaging customization, and lab testing schedule.

MOPAC agricultural products are certified compliant with EU Organic, USDA Organic, JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard), and Canada Organic standards.
